This Saturday some of our club’s cars visited Vabalninkas, where the 10th International Children’s and Youth Theatre Festival “Happy laughter of children” which was dedicated for the Lithuanian Independence 20th anniversary was being opened. Here are some pictures from our visit.
Važiuojam 2010! This is the name of the festival in Pasvalys, which finally began a long-awaited 2010 season. Season opened widely gathered from across the country and beyond. We can only enjoy such abundance that allowed associates to enjoy a variety of interesting and sleek machines. Moreover, it was held in exciting World War II battle pageant and a wonderful audio-visual show. Gediminas Venskus amazed us with wonderful aero batic flying. Thank you organizers, fellow participants and to all who came to see it. Enjoy!

1. Season opening in Pasvalys
2. Trip to Sea Festival in Klaipeda
3. Parade and exhibition during the festival of Biržai town
4. A trip to the annual festival of Rokiškis town.

GAZ- 63 – padidinto pravažumo 4×4 tipo sunkvežimis. Šio sunkvežimio eksperimentiniai prototipai sukurti dar prieš antrą pasaulinį karą, panaudojant GAZ-MM važiuoklę ir 6 cilindrų 76-85AG GAZ-11 variklį. Prasidėjus karui, projektavimo darbai sustojo ir neleido eksperimentinių modelių paruošti serijinei gamybai. Tačiau jau 1943 metais, konstruktorius P.J. Muziukinas ir jo grupė parengė naujus automobilio prototipus. Nauji modeliai turėjo nemažai pakeitimų. Buvo naudojamos viengubos plačiaprofilinės žemo slėgio padangos, kai prieškariniai modeliai ant galinio tilto turėjo sudvejintus ratus. Tam įtakos turėjo galimybė įvertinti armijoje naudojamus didelio pravažumo importinius automobilius. Atlikus bandymus, GAZ- 63 pasirodė kaip labai gerą pravažumą turintis automobilis.
