INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
The Antique and Classic Car Show „Timeless Classic 2023” will take place on August 4-6th in Biržai, Lithuania. Participant registration (advance pre-registration confirmation) and a festive party will take place in Sodeliskiu Manor Estate (Sodeliskiu village, Birzai district, 41420 Lithuania).
Participant registration will start June 12th and continue through July 17th. by Registration Form.
Vehicle requirements: the car or motorcycle has to be an original and suitable to use, it has to be 45 years old or older (made before 1979).
Registration fee – the vehicle driver and passengers – 50 EUR each. Children and teenagers between 10 and 18 years – 30 EUR. Children under 10 years – free of charge.
The registration fee includes event attributes, souvenirs, gifts, lecture, Friday snacks and home made beer, Saturday dinner, Saturday supper (steaks, Biržai beer, non-alcoholic drinks), concerts, fireworks, tents overnight and Sunday breakfast.

21.00 Homemade beer tasting party.
SATURDAY – AUGUST 5th
10.00 – 12.00 Registration of participants (Advance registration confirmation) Sodeliskiai Manor Estate.
11.00 – 14.30 Tour in an authentic early 20th century farmstead and Vintage Vehicle Museum
12.00 – 13.00 Lecture.
13.00 – 14.00 Dinner.
14.30 Preparation for the parade.
15.00 Vehicles line up for formation in preparation for parade.
15.30 Antique and Classic vehicle parade: Sodeliškiai – Biržai (14 km).
16.00 – 19.30 Antique and Classic car exhibition at Biržai Aero Club (Veterinarijos str. 18).
16.00 – 19.30 On the route „Aeroclub – Biržai city” forward and back, the vintage bus LAZ 695 will run every hour.
16.15 Formal part, introduction of organizers and sponsors.
16.30 Presentation of participants’ cars on the podium.
17.00 – 18.30 Flights with airplanes.
17.30 Fashion show by Santarvė aesthetics and fashion modeling school.
18.00 Participants’ dinner at the Aeroclub Administrative Building
18.30 Popular music concert.
19.00 Ceremonial part of the celebration: the best of awards.
19.30 End of the Antique and Classic car exhibition.
20.00 Participants return to Sodeliškių Manor.
20.30 Supper (snacks, Biržai beer, non-alcoholic drinks).
21.00 Performance of the ballroom dance group.
21.30 Folk music concert.
22.00 Rock music concert.
24.00 Fireworks, concert continuation.
